Our portfolio of barium sulfonates includes neutral and overbased variants that are specifically formulated to achieve optimal water displacement and anti-corrosive characteristics and prevent rust and yellow metal staining. These products are soluble in paraffinic, naphthenic and synthetic oils, as well as in organic solvents and paraffins.

While ionic barium compounds can be hazardous to health, the organic barium sulfonates we manufacture behave differently due to their insolubility in water and are therefore not associated with the same risks.
